All sets but the Ocean Club are in wonderful condition, and come with the pieces shown in the picture. I think that all of the pieces are included, except the Ocean Club which is missing the front door and an umbrella (because this is how it was when we purchased it used--you don't miss the door on the ocean house because it looks like it was supposed to be that way). The rest we purchased new and are in excellent condition. Please see the pictures to see exactly which smaller pieces are included.
